What can KenBot actually do?+

KenBot is a multi-service everyday assistant. It greets and serves customers, takes M-Pesa payments, manages WhatsApp orders, helps with homework, reads documents aloud, runs simple stock-takes, and connects to the apps you already use through REST and webhooks.

Which languages does it support?+

Out of the box: Swahili, English, Sheng and French. Kikuyu, Luo, Luhya and Kalenjin voice packs ship in Q4 2026 as a free over-the-air update. KenBot also code-switches mid-sentence the way Kenyans actually speak.

Where in Kenya can I get one serviced?+

We have walk-in service centres in Nairobi (Kilimani), Mombasa (Nyali) and Kisumu (Milimani). Same-week parts ship countrywide via G4S and Sendy, and on-site visits are available in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret.

Does it work without internet?+

Yes. Core voice, M-Pesa offline tokens, schedules and tutoring run on-device. Cloud features like long-form chat and software updates resume automatically when WiFi or 4G returns.

What about power outages?+

KenBot ships with an 8-hour battery and tolerates dirty mains. It safely parks itself at 10% and resumes work when power returns.

Can I integrate it with my POS or clinic system?+

Yes. KenBot speaks REST, MQTT and Bluetooth. Pre-built connectors include M-Pesa Daraja, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, Odoo, Loyverse, KenyaEMR and OpenMRS.

How is it priced?+

Three plans โ€” Starter, Business and Clinic โ€” billed in KSh with VAT included. See the full breakdown on the Pricing page.

Is it really made in Kenya?+

Designed, assembled, programmed and supported from our Nairobi workshop. Some components (motors, cameras) are imported, but final assembly and software are 100% local.
